توضح هذه الشروط القواعد المنظمة لاستخدام تطبيق الهجال، وإنشاء الحسابات، ونشر المحتوى، والتواصل داخل المنصة، واستخدام العضوية الموثقة والمزايا المدفوعة.

الأحكام المنظمة لاستخدام الهجال
1. المقدمة وقبول الشروط
باستخدامك لتطبيق الهجال أو إنشاء حساب أو نشر محتوى أو التفاعل مع المستخدمين، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط وبالسياسات المرتبطة بها. إذا لم توافق على هذه الشروط، فلا يجوز لك استخدام التطبيق أو ميزاته.
2. أهلية المستخدم وإنشاء الحساب
يجب أن تكون مؤهلًا لاستخدام التطبيق وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها ومتطلبات متاجر التطبيقات. تلتزم بتقديم بيانات صحيحة عند إنشاء الحساب والمحافظة على سرية بيانات الدخول، وتتحمل مسؤولية النشاط الصادر من حسابك ما لم تبلغنا عن استخدام غير مصرح به.
3. قواعد النشر والمحتوى المحظور
يلتزم المستخدم بأن يكون المحتوى الذي ينشره مشروعًا ومحترمًا وغير مخالف للأنظمة أو الآداب العامة أو حقوق الآخرين. يحظر استخدام التطبيق لنشر أو إعادة نشر أو الترويج لمحتوى مخالف أو مضلل أو ضار.
4. التشهير والإساءة والتهديد والتحريض
يحظر التشهير، التنمر، الإساءة، السب، التهديد، التحريض على العنف، التمييز، خطاب الكراهية، أو أي سلوك يستهدف الأفراد أو الفئات بطريقة عدائية أو مهينة أو تنتهك الأنظمة وحقوق الآخرين.
5. بيانات وصور الآخرين
يحظر نشر بيانات شخصية أو صور أو وثائق أو وسائل تواصل تخص الآخرين دون إذن مشروع، كما يحظر كشف الهوية أو إعادة نشر معلومات خاصة بطريقة تنتهك الخصوصية أو تعرض صاحبها للضرر.
6. جمع الأموال والتبرعات والتسويق المالي
يمنع استخدام التطبيق لجمع الأموال أو طلب التبرعات أو الترويج لاستثمارات أو خدمات مالية أو حملات تمويل دون تصريح نظامي واضح ومسؤولية قانونية صحيحة. كما يحظر استغلال المنصة في أي نشاط مالي مضلل أو غير مصرح به.
7. الاحتيال والتضليل وانتحال الشخصية
يحظر الاحتيال، التضليل، انتحال شخصية فرد أو جهة، ادعاء صفة غير صحيحة، إنشاء حسابات بهدف الخداع، أو تقديم معلومات مصممة للتلاعب بالمستخدمين أو تضليلهم أو الإضرار بهم.
8. البلاغات والحظر والإشراف
يوفر التطبيق أدوات للإبلاغ عن المحتوى أو المستخدمين، وأدوات للحظر عند الحاجة. يحق لإدارة التطبيق ومشرفيه المصرح لهم مراجعة البلاغات واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب لحماية المنصة والمستخدمين، وفقًا لطبيعة المخالفة ومدى خطورتها.
9. الرسائل الخاصة
تستخدم الرسائل الخاصة للتواصل المشروع داخل التطبيق. يمنع استغلالها للإزعاج، التهديد، التحرش، إرسال المحتوى المخالف، الاحتيال، نشر الروابط الضارة، أو التواصل غير المرغوب بصورة متكررة.
10. العضوية الموثقة
العضوية الموثقة ميزة إضافية للحسابات التي تستوفي متطلبات المنصة. لا تمنح العضوية الموثقة أي حصانة من هذه الشروط، ولا تعني اعتماد التطبيق لكل ما ينشره صاحب الحساب أو تزكيته أو إقراره.
11. المزايا المدفوعة والشراء عبر Apple/StoreKit
تقدم بعض المزايا داخل التطبيق من خلال الشراء داخل التطبيق. تتم عمليات الدفع والاشتراك وإدارة المشتريات عبر Apple/StoreKit وفق سياسات Apple، ولا يعالج التطبيق بيانات بطاقات الدفع مباشرة.
12. الإجراءات عند المخالفة
عند مخالفة هذه الشروط أو الأنظمة أو معايير النشر، يحق لإدارة التطبيق اتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة، بما يشمل حذف أو تقييد المحتوى، تقييد بعض المزايا، تعليق الحساب، إيقافه، أو إلغاء التوثيق متى اقتضت المخالفة ذلك.
13. الملكية الفكرية
يحتفظ المستخدم بحقوقه في المحتوى الذي ينشره بالقدر الذي تسمح به الأنظمة، ويتحمل مسؤولية امتلاكه للحقوق اللازمة قبل النشر. لا يجوز نسخ هوية التطبيق أو علاماته أو تصميماته أو محتواه المملوك دون إذن مشروع.
14. إخلاء المسؤولية
نسعى إلى تقديم خدمة مستقرة ومناسبة، إلا أن استخدام التطبيق يتم وفق حالته المتاحة وبما تسمح به الأنظمة. لا نتحمل مسؤولية إساءة استخدام المستخدمين للمنصة أو المحتوى الذي ينشرونه، مع احتفاظنا بحق اتخاذ الإجراءات الإشرافية المناسبة عند الإبلاغ أو التحقق.
15. تحديث الشروط
يجوز تحديث هذه الشروط عند الحاجة لتطوير الخدمة أو الامتثال للمتطلبات النظامية. يظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في هذه الصفحة، ويعد استمرار استخدام التطبيق بعد سريان التحديث قبولًا بالشروط المحدثة.

1. Introduction and Acceptance
By using the alhejal app, creating an account, publishing content, or interacting with other users, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and the related policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app or its features.
2. Eligibility and Account Creation
You must be eligible to use the app under applicable laws and app store requirements. You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and remain responsible for activity conducted through your account unless unauthorized use is reported appropriately.
3. Publishing Rules and Prohibited Content
Content published through the app must be lawful, respectful, and consistent with the rights of others. The app must not be used to publish, repost, or promote unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful content.
4. Defamation, Abuse, Threats, and Incitement
Defamation, bullying, abuse, insults, threats, incitement to violence, discrimination, hate speech, or any hostile or degrading conduct that violates laws or the rights of others is prohibited.
5. Personal Information and Images of Others
You must not publish personal data, images, documents, or contact information belonging to others without proper authorization. Doxxing, exposing identities, or sharing private information in a way that violates privacy or causes harm is prohibited.
6. Fundraising, Donations, and Financial Promotion
The app must not be used to collect funds, request donations, promote investments, market financial services, or organize funding campaigns without proper legal authorization. Misleading or unauthorized financial activity is prohibited.
7. Fraud, Deception, and Impersonation
Fraud, deception, impersonation of individuals or entities, false claims of authority, deceptive accounts, or information designed to mislead, manipulate, or harm users is prohibited.
8. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
The app provides reporting and blocking tools to help protect users and the community. The administration and authorized moderators may review reports and take appropriate action based on the nature and severity of the violation.
9. Direct Messages
Direct messages are intended for legitimate communication within the app. They must not be used for harassment, threats, abuse, fraudulent conduct, prohibited content, harmful links, or repeated unwanted contact.
10. Verified Membership
Verified membership is an additional feature for accounts that satisfy platform requirements. It does not grant immunity from these Terms of Use, does not exempt a user from moderation, and does not mean the app endorses or approves all content published by that account.
11. Paid Features and Apple/StoreKit Purchases
Certain features may be offered through in-app purchases. Payments, subscriptions, and purchase management are handled through Apple/StoreKit according to Apple’s policies. The app does not directly process payment card details.
12. Enforcement Actions
If these terms, applicable laws, or publishing standards are violated, the app administration may take appropriate action, including removing or restricting content, limiting features, suspending an account, disabling an account, or revoking verified status when warranted.
13. Intellectual Property
Users retain rights to their content to the extent permitted by applicable law and remain responsible for having the necessary rights before publishing. The app’s identity, marks, designs, and proprietary materials must not be copied or used without proper authorization.
14. Disclaimer
We work to provide a stable and appropriate service, but the app is made available as provided and subject to applicable law. We are not responsible for users’ misuse of the platform or for user-generated content, while retaining the right to take appropriate moderation action when needed.
15. Updates to These Terms
These terms may be updated when needed to improve the service or comply with legal requirements. The latest update date appears on this page, and continued use of the app after updated terms take effect means acceptance of the revised terms.
